Who are you targeting? For example, If you are planning to market the property of weddings to British couple the GMB page isn't going to help and you would need the website to be in English. If you are only targeting locals then the GMB page might just work if you add a load more info. What is your marketing plan?
Manager @palaciosantacristina
Thanks for your help. We are focused on two separate sectors, weddings for Spaniards mainly (even thou more foreign people are opting for this kind of places) and wealthy travellers around the world that choose private houses like ours to spend a few days of vacation, two complete different users

Hi Alfonso.
The front page of the site does not appear to have a “call to action”.
You may consider trying to build some content around what exactly you want the customer to know they will get from your services and how they hire you.
For example (for local weddings)
Header: Say “I Do”
Subheader: The perfect place for your perfect day.
CTA: BOOK NOW or RESERVE TODAY
Something like that. Whatever you decide, be clear and direct.
- what you are offering
- why It matters to the customer
- how do they move forward

Are you selling leads to one biz as to how many calls they get or do you just say this is the price per month and we will put your number on this website?

Price per month works fine. I divert all communication to the client. Qualifying leads can become troublesome.
Hey there,
I working on my local SEO for my agency website. Having a hard time to get rank on the first keywords.
For example, SEO service Houston rank is not improving for the last couple of months. Any idea what i need to do to improve the ranking?
The current rank position is 35.
The same goes for Houston Digital Marketing. The Current rank position is 34.
Much appreciate all the suggestion and feedback.
Thanks,
IA

Might want to improve that page speed. Could use some improvements. I don't see that you actually use 'seo service houston' on the page. I would refine your keywords a bit more. Find those words that drive buyers if this page is for purchase intent. Otherwise, you need to organize pages/keywords for your buyer journey. Look like you have a ton of competition too. Study them and find what works for the top guys.
There is some GMB name spam too that you should report.
Also not seeing alt tags for images. Black on blue is poor contrast. There is a large amount of text up top. Not great for users.

Hey everyone, just discovered this awesome community and am happy to be here and try to learn more.
I own a plumbing company in Nevada. Here is the GMB:
I know it's not perfect, so I would love to hear any ways I could improve it to move up in the ranking and get more customers.
Please go easy on me though 😅

Yo Michael - I think you really need to look at your website. You have some fishy things going on. For instance you have the term Zithromax used 27 times. Zithromax is a drug used to treat STD's. You have online pharmacy and several other terms that DO NOT belong on your site.
Your site is OKAY but could be way better.
GMB looks good. Fill out your Q&A's. Good reviews. Add more images. Post every week if not 3 times a week. Tag photos from locations you worked at.

GMB is great to get the initial leads but the first thing I'd do is visit your website to see if you provide the services I need. And the website is pretty dire (as well as being slow). A search for Plumbing and Heating in Reno returns all your competitors. If I click to view all you are waaaay down the list. Which means I'll probably never contact you. But you do have some good reviews. You just need to work harder at your actual listing - fill in all the missing details (like a list of your services), start posting and get people to ask questions you can then answer.
A search for your company has facebook as the top result. This is because your site is so poor. Whoever built the site really doesn't know what they are doing. For starters, there is nothing above the fold that tells me what you do or where you are.

Video and Motion Graphics Producer
I'm trying to rank for "Columbus Ohio Video Production", and we used to do well, but our results have tanked lately. I've been trying to optimize things but haven't had much success. One of the highest up competitors has keywords stuffed into their footer in about 3px type.
Google is a fickle bedfellow.
Google is a fickle bedfellow.
Have to scroll all the way to the footer to see your address. Nothing in the page to suggest local anything. Page title is 'Warman Productions - Columbus Ohio Video Production' which tells google your most important keyword is Warman. Your homepage content is just waffle - nothing about what you do or where you are. There appears to be an error in your schema data. And you are using Yoast - which is about the worst SEO plugin there is.
Look at this page:
It's just waffle. Where are the links to work you have done? Why do i need to know what sort of camera you use?
On your website you have:
(614) 442-3399
4920 Reed Road
Columbus, Ohio 43220
But on your GMB listing you have:
+1 614-442-3399
4920 Reed Rd D, Columbus, OH 43220, United States
They don't match.
Their reviews score 5 and you only score 4.9
It's all the little things that add up

Not sure what to say. Looks like a personal blog. It’s just you writing about stuff. What sort of feedback are you looking for?
Digital Marketer
Agree with the above comment. You really want someone to know what the purpose of your blog is as soon as you get to it. If they are left wondering than they might leave even if you have good content in there. What I would do is put a banner up there with the title and captivating line for the purpose of your blog then try to drive your traffic to something with a call to action.

Hey All,
I just wrote an article about the process I use to find what I call "Wallet Words". Super valuable keywords that are easier to analyze.
I have 2 local companies as my main clients so I focused heavily on Local search keywords.
Would love some feedback on the process, formula, article, or website in general.
Thanks!

Your article is on point! I follow a similar process, though I'm using ubersuggest not ahrefs since it's cheaper but its better than nothing.

Your Company’s Brand Name is NOT a Wallet Word
If you have a brand, the company's name is the only keyword (of course it is a wallet keyword). If you have no brand, your company's name can't be a keyword.
You described a common process of keyword research that many beginners try to use (of course that efforts inevitably fall short). Also, it requires to use "SEO tool". The number of crawled pages doesn't make "SEO tool" better. CEO of Ahrefs confirmed, that their service can't be Google because it would be more expensive. Also Ahrefs doesn't use Google's technologies (NLP, BERT, etc.) to understand a content as Google.
Well, this article is useless.
